While there are many forms of 'Pendula' of Persian Ironwood, it is well known that the best form of cascading parrotia is at Kew Gardens in South-west London. Known to many as 'Kew Weeping', this branches has broad-spreading habit, with branches that go both laterally and weeping. Like the species, 'Kew Weeping' has extraordinary bark interest as it ages with great fall color. 'Kew Weeping' may reach 4-5 ft in height by 6-7 ft of width in 10 years.
