Concept plants have been at the forefront of introductions of many new plant selections. 'Pink Frost' and 'Passion Frost' are two of their newest selections, considered part of the Passion Party™ Series. They both have foliage similar to that of 'Flaming Silver'. They both have bright pink red new growth that fades to a green leaf with a creamy margined variegation. 'Pink Frost' and 'Passion Frost' differ on their blooms. 'Pink Frost' has light pink blooms, while 'Passion Frost' has dark red blooms. Each of these may reach 3 ft in height and width in 10 years. We call these two part of the Passion Party™ combo. What we are offering here is a combination 1 gallon that has both 'Pink Frost' and 'Passion Frost' in the same one gallon container. The foliage will look the same, but when they bloom, you will get both the pink blossoms and the deeper red blossoms, that intertwine together as these plants age. Japanese andromeda make such great companion plants with Japanese maples.
