Wisteria floribunda 'Lawrence' is a vigorous Japanese wisteria cultivar prized for its long, fragrant racemes of pale blue-violet flowers, each cluster measuring 12–18 inches with up to 160 blooms. It is a fast-growing, clockwise-twining vine that can reach 10-20 ft in height and 6-10ft in spread in 10 years, making it ideal for trellises, pergolas, fences, or trained through trees and shrubs. The bright green foliage turns yellow in fall, and the plant produces attractive bean-like seed pods after flowering.  'Lawrence' prefers full sun to partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Its exceptional flowering and overall garden performance earned it the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit.
