with these two trees. first arrived early in perfect condition After being singled out for inspection by the local USDA (passed no problem). The each tree is double the size of other growers' product, with roots undisturbed. And the nature of Miss Grace is enchanting and graceful. I'm planting root over rock, and these guys get the place of honor with New Zealand pounamu/greenstone/nephrite at their feet.

I purchased this about 18 months ago, so this is first Spring with roots really well established. Leaves bright pink at first, then turn to pastel pink on greenish yellow base. Subtle but beautiful in a relaxing naturalistic setting. Turns deep green for summer, but foliage is very clean--no brown spots, dry tips etc. Came through bad winter of 2025-2026 in Zone 5 northern Pennsylvania with no problem.
