I placed an order for Acer Palmatum "Ryusen", I believe, on November 30th. The "anticipated delivery date" was December 5th, using FEDEX. When my package failed to be delivered the 5th, then 6th, I decided to track it; apparently, it departed Orlando around 1130pm December 4th. To this very moment, Tuesday, December 16th 2025, there's still no updates or information on the package. I waited until December 11th to message Mr. Maple, just to see if the package would show up. NOTHING. Spoke to 2 different agents with FEDEX, it appears that the package slipped into a different dimension or took a detour. It's missing. Mr. Maple immediately put an order in for another A. P. "Ryusen" & within 24 hrs, I had my tree!!! I wasn't expecting that, but I am very appreciative and thankful!! The staff told me to keep the 2nd (initial tree) if it shows up. FEDEX can learn a thing or two from Mr. Maple's customer service. I understand completely that negative things happen in life, but in this day and age of technology, one would think a box in the United States Mail System would leave a finger print or trail of some sort.
